PALMA SOLA TRACE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATIONS

Palma Sola Trace is managed by 4 different entities: The Palma Sola Trace Master Association, the Palma Sola Trace Condo Association and the Palma Sola Trace Villa Association, in addition to the CDD.

The Master Association has responsibility for all property not owned by the CDD. This includes all common areas, pool and clubhouse.

The Condo and Villa associations are responsible for managing their areas of ownership. Each association employs a management company.
